Jack Monroe Siegrist

Siegrist, Jack Monroe, entered into heaven on October 6, 2014. He leaves behind his parents, Jake Casey Siegrist, and his sister, Olivia. Also survived by grandparents, Rick Lora Siegrist, Kevin Shelly Burrus; great-grandparents, Wayne Smith, Dave Burrus, Katie Siegrist; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Burial will be at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 11, 2014, at Ascension Cemetery, Bel Aire. Downing Lahey East Mortuary.
