Jacquelyn Gale Sollo was born on November 21, 1933, to Albert and Esther Gale in Rockford, Illinois. She died on July 6, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Patrick Allen Sollo.
She is survived by her sons, John (Nan) and David (Natalie) Sollo. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Megan (Chad) Dubbe, Jeff (Allison) Sollo, and Brian (Rachel) Sollo, along with her great-grandchildren, Patrick Dubbe, Olwen Dubbe, Mac Dubbe, Harrison Sollo, Isla Sollo, Avery Sollo, and Gordon Sollo.
We request as she requested when Patrick died, “In lieu of flowers, please give a stranger a smile and brighten someone’s day.”
The family will hold a private gathering.
