James E. Jr. Cody
Cody, James E. Jr., 81, retired Aeronautical engineer, died Wednesday, October 18, 2006. Rosary 8:00 P.M. Friday, Downing Lahey East Mortuary, Service 10:00 Saturday, All Saints Catholic Church. James was a veteran of WWII, where he served in the Marine Corps. He retired from Boeing Aircraft after having worked there more than 30 years. James was active in Boy Scouts of America, serving as Cub Scout Leader for Pack #623 and Scout Master for Troop #609. He was an active member of the Ark Valley gun club and the Air Capital gun club. Preceded by first wife, Janet Cody, he is survived by; wife, Genevieve Cody; children, Alex Cody, Marcus Cody, Paula Cody Ward, Mary OConnell, and John Cody; brother, Bill Cody; sister, Beverly Bertolo; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A memorial may be sent to the charity of your choice.
