Joetta is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Josephine Veach; siblings, Ralph Veach, Art Veach, Gerry Logan, Mel Veach; son, Kevin Steffen; and granddaughter, Tahlia.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Steffen, Wayne (Linda) Steffen, Alvin (Shelley) Steffen, Patti (Scott) Houston, David Steffen, Marvin (LaDeana) Steffen, Steven Vredenburg, Joseph Vredenburg, Rose (Christopher) Babcock, Billy (Cindy) Vredenburg; grandchildren, Melissa, TJ, Joey, Michael, Shane, Sarah, Shawn, Sheree, Saul, Michael, Jessie, Kevin Jr, Dustin, Susan, Randy, Juanita, James, Michael, Kyle, Haley, Jennifer, Levi, Samantha, Angela, Russell, Danielle, Matt, Zack, Clayton, Gary, Katelyn, Cynthia, Emily, Austin; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and siblings, Connie Gruver and Dot Graham .
A memorial has been established with Church of the Resurrection Catholic School, 4900 N. Woodlawn, Wichita, KS 67220.
