John Holley Koppenhaver, 84, died Friday, May 15, 2026.
Preceded in death by his father, John Koppenhaver; mother, Ruth Moyer Koppenhaver; son, Todd Koppenhaver; and brothers, Denny Koppenhaver, Ron Koppenhaver, and Terry Koppenhaver.
Survived by his wife, Linda Koppenhaver of Wichita, KS; daughters, Robin Myers of Wichita, KS, Lisa Capps of Wichita, KS; son, John (Shelley Anderson) Koppenhaver of Wichita, KS; daughter-in-law, Mukwaya Koppenhaver of VA; step-son, Benton (Amanda) Bates of CO; step-daughter, Jocelyn Bates of Kansas City; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity or organization of your choosing in memory of John.

John and Linda have been our friends for 10 years. John was a very good neighbor, friendly and always interesting. he had a love of cars and was talented mechanic. He built two, for lack of a better description go carts, in his garage to help him get around the neighborhood. Linda, you have our love. We will miss John. Britt and Lynn Brown
