Keltz, John “O.J.”, 75, ret. Postmaster died Saturday, December 9, 2006. Memorial service is 2:00 pm Tuesday at Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Survivors include wife Ruth, sons; Jack Keltz of Wichita and Max Keltz of Bird City, KS, daughter; Sandra Brumbaugh of Spring Branch, TX, Brother; Warren Keltz of Dewey, OK, grandchildren; Caleb, Joshua, Elizabeth, Rachel, Dan and Kinsey Keltz, Keith, Jesse and Greg Brumbaugh. Memorials to: Parkinsons Disease Research, K.U. Dept. of Neurology, 3901 Rainbow Blvd., Kansas City, Kansas 66160-7314 and Center for Basic Cancer Research, Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas 66502.
