Michels, John Scot, 74, former DJ and Program Director for KAKE and KFH radio and owner of PAC Advertising Agency, passed away October 1, 2005. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at Downing Lahey East Mortuary. Funeral Mass 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at All Saints Catholic Church. Survivors: wife, Lois; sons, Scot (Zelma) Michels of Overland Park, KS, Steven (Jan) Michels of Wichita, John Michels of Kilispell, MT; stepchildren, Debra (Brian) Carlin of Woodstock, CT, Donna (Charles) Spedding of Wichita, Diana (Roger) Auclair of Taunton, MA, Charles Kraus (Jeane) of Wichita; brother, Harry Michels of Souderton, PA; brother-in-law, James Beasley (Mary) of Wichita; 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. John is preceded in death by first wife of 31 years, Lavina L. Michels.
