John Wenderott, 84, Retired Boeing Manufacturing Engineer, will have a Memorial Service at 2:00 pm, Friday, November 15, 2024, at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church.He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Ruth Wenderott; sister, Alice Rose. John is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Caron (Terry) Wenderott; daughter, Cherie (Randy) Wenderott-Shields; nephew, Perry Rose.John was born in Cody, WY. He was a proud Derby High School and WSU graduate.

I’m so sorry to hear of Johns passing.
He and my oldest sister got engaged on my 2nd Birthday so he was always my ” Brother” no in -law about it…as long as I remember.
He would go fishing and camping with my Dad and was the ” Grill Chef” for my Moms Birthday in the heat of July, in his backyard, no trees-
no complaints!
My favorite memory is going to Kiddieland on East Harry in the 60’s and waving at him while I was on the rides.
He always had a sweet heart and loved my family and his daughter, Cherie, so very much.
