Joseph is preceded in death by his parents, Perry and Bessie Harris; wife, Charlotte Harris; and 4 children.

He is survived by sons, Jason (Susan) Harris, James (Patricia Wyatt-Harris) Harris; daughter, Rebecca (Curtis) Drake; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren

A private family service will be held.

  2. A wonderful and decent man. I have no words to describe how much it meant to know Joe and Charlotte. I hope Joe is sitting beside Charlotte enjoying each other’s company like teenagers the way I used to see them do when Charlotte was with us. God bless the family.
