Lois Lillan Heermans, 89, retired receptionist, died Saturday, September 28, 2024. Private family services to be held. Lois is preceded in death by her father, Enrique Bautista; mother, Lillian Llanes; sons, Edward Clifton, David Lambert; brothers, Richard Bautista, James Bautista, Vincent Llanes, Raymond Llanes; sisters, Roberta Bautista, Marsha Kreiger, and Marie Wehrmeister. She is survived by her daughter, June (Douglas) Hoopes of Wichita, KS; son, Dewight (Adrienne) Lambert; grandchildren, Jason (Jill) Hoopes, Dana Lambert, Dewight (Windy) Lambert, Jr., Elise Clifton, Nathaniel (Janelle) Hoopes, Sol Anderson, Phillip Lambert, David Lambert, Daniel Lambert, Jessica Lambert, Scott (Victoria) Lambert; eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Gloria Groh; sisters-in-law, Peggy Llanes, Sandra Llanes; and daughter-in-law, Emma Clifton. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - West Chapel.

  1. Lois always made me feel like part of the family, right from the starting. Over the years we shared many happy times. Thanks Lois I will miss you. Melissa will miss, she says prayers for you everyday.

I spent plenty of days in your house on artesian and your son’s house Dave which was like a second father to me.. you invited me into your home everyday hanging out with your nephew Junior as we grew up and messed around in the streets. and you always looked after us.. still remember your noodles and your famous Kool-Aid 😃may you rest in peace darling! 🕊️ 🌞♥️🌷 and tell Dav,e and Eddie I said hello ..and send our love!..miss you dearly ..till we all meet again love you rest in peace
