  7. The Sanchez Family from California want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We have now lost an aunt and uncle this year, who were very much a part of our early lives. I remember both my Uncle Louis and my Aunt Mary, as a nurturing and caring couple. From my perspective they seemed to be a perfect match who complemented each other. The wonderful memories I have of them make me proud that I knew them and I will miss them both. They were good people.

  8. Dino, Luz and the Castro Family – Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Dino, you always spoke of your father with such high regard. He was certainly a special man with great family and friends. He also taught you to be a dedicated sports fan, although I hope he didn’t realize your affinity for switching allegiances between Kansas and UCLA. Honor his life this weekend – we will think of you all from the West Coast.

  9. Dino and Luz: Shelbee and I want to express our deepest sympathies on the passing of your father. While we never met him, he seemed like a man of great strength, courage and fortitude, not to mention a good selector of football games since he won the pool earlier this year. While is passing is to be mourned, he is now with your mom, sharing good times and laughter. Please know that you both are in our thoughts and prayers. Steve and Shelbee Leveton

  10. Dino/Luz and Castro Family, Please accept our condolences during this difficult time. While we never met Louis, we know he and Mary were very special and loving parents. We were moved at how they always treated Luz like a daughter, and for that we are eternally grateful. Now they are to be reunited in paradise. We will pray for his joyous journey. The Villarreal Family

  11. Dino, Luz and the Castro Family – Your father fought his illness with strength, courage, humor and determination. Take comfort in knowing he left this world a man strong in spirit. Our love, prayers and heartfelt sympathy are with you.

  12. Dino and family, A wise person once said to me that at times like this its best not to think of what you’ve lost, but what you have left.

  13. Dear Dino, Luz, and the Castro Family — I’m so sorry for your loss. Please accept my sincere condolences for the passing of Mr. Castro.
