Marguerite M. (Wells) Lewis

Whitney, TX - Lewis, Marguerite M. (Wells), 106, formerly of Wichita, died July 4, 2010. Marguerite was born October 21, 1903. She was a member of Metropolitan Baptist Church. Marguerite was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters, Mignon Wilson, Pauline Hutchens, Louise Russell, and Helen Babb. She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Miller, of Whitney, TX and Patricia Rogers, of Mesa, AZ; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 9, 2010 at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. A memorial has been established with Metropolitan Baptist Church, 525 W. Douglas, Wichita, KS, 67213.
