Survived also by mother, Joyce Carter of Spring Hill, FL; brothers, Tony, Robert, Eric, Todd Garlick, Billy Carter II, and Boyd and Trish Carter; sister, Gina and Jim Lawless of Wichita; 2 step-brothers; 2 step-sisters; 2 nephew; 4 nieces; 1 great-niece; caregiver, Clarence Suchy.

I have been blessed to have known Roberta for about five years. When I would talk with her she strived to maintain her independence, and enjoyed talking about her daughter Jenna. She talked about Jenna a lot and loved her very much. Roberta will be missed, and my thoughts and prayers go out to Jenna and her family.
I knew Roberta years ago and it was an act of kindness that she did for me that I will always remember her. She will be with me always for that special moment.
