Wagner, Robin Gail (Sipp), died November 30, 2014 in Wichita, KS. She was born February 8, 1949 in Leavenworth, KS to Clifford G. and Carlyn A. (Fry) Cummins. She is survived by husband, William (Bill) of Coffeyville, KS; daughter, Monica Schultz (Paul) of Cary, Illinois; son, Matthew Sipp (Sandy) of Wichita, KS; sister, Holly Oetinger (Richard) of Manhattan, KS; brother, Ted Cummins (Yvonne) of Cypress, TX; stepson, Shawn Wagner (Chelsea) of Killeen, TX; 5 grandchildren; and 5 nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at St. George Orthodox Christian Cathedral, Wichita, KS at 7:00 P.M. Family Visitation will be prior to the service, at the Cathedral from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Burial will be on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 11:00 A.M., at Ascension Cemetery, 7200 East 45th North, Bel Aire, KS. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Downing Lahey East Mortuary.
