Morgan, Rosella I., 81, homemaker, died Saturday, December 10, 2005, at Via Christi-St. Francis. Graveside service, 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, Resthaven Cemetery, 11800 West Highway 54 in Wichita. Rose was born January 24, 1924 in Sioux City, Iowa, and in 1946 she married Robert J. Morgan also of Sioux City. Preceded in death by parents, Harry I. and Rosa Mae Foister, and in 1989 by her brother, Jerry Foister of Sioux City. Survivors: husband, Robert; son, Robert A. Morgan of San Jose, CA; daughters, Carmen R. Duroni of Independence, KS, Jan C. Morgan of Wichita; sisters, Frances Dallas of Santa Maria, CA, Ruby Russell of Ponca, NE; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Downing Lahey Mortuary West.

Rose was my Mom. I called her Teenie because she was a petite woman with a huge heart. She touched the lives of everyone who knew her and was truly the kindest, most loving person I’ve ever had the privilege to know. May she rest in peace.
Rosella was my mother. A more wonderful, loving and precious mother never lived, I can assure you. She was an angel in life and now one for eternity. Bless her beautiful heart!
