Virginia Lee Millsap

Millsap, Virginia Lee, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother went to be with the Lord on March 3, 2014. She was born July 6, 1926 on a farm in Alfalfa County, OK, daughter of John and Mary Diel. She grew up in Kiowa, KS graduating from Kiowa High School. Jenny loved spending time with her pets, gardening, and cooking. Her home was always open. Her dedication to her faith and the Christian Church were foremost in her daily life. Preceded in death by husband of 49 years, Garry Millsap; brothers, Bud and Paul Diel; sisters, Clara Miller, Kay Schroeder, Rose Spicer and Margie McVicar. Survived by children, Marc Millsap and wife Nancy of Huntsville, AL; Michele Duckworth and husband Bill of Wichita; Marshall Millsap and wife JoAnn of Wichita; grandchildren, Landon Millsap and fiance Donna Bell of Huntsville, AL, Ashlee Quilty and husband Mike of Olathe, KS, Joshua and Jayden Duckworth of Whitefish, MT, Matthew Millsap of Wichita, and Daniel Millsap of Mission, KS; great-granddaughter, Bailey Quilty. Service will be at 10 A.M., Thursday, March 6, 2014, at First Church of the Nazarene, 1400 E. Kellogg Drive. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S.
